Thanks for visiting with us.  Throughout this site you'll get a chance to check out what we've been up to and what our life is like up here in Alaska.  No two days are the same here.  Whether you're simply digging out from all the snow, putting up with -60, dealing with a flood/volcano/earthquake or getting drained by the mosquitos, it is always interesting.  The good news is that the part that makes putting up with all of this worthwhile is that every day is also spectacular up here.  You simply can't beat the Northern Lights, our view of Denali or long summer nights.  And of course you can't beat being out on the trails with 16 of your best friends.  So, enjoy our site and follow us as we start to get ready for the 2010 Iditarod!
